Located on the waterfront in Manchester’s Salford Quays, the Lowry is home to a variety of performing and visual arts.
Theatres
The Lowry has 2 main theatres that offer a full range of live entertainment including opera, ballet, musicals, dance, comedy and West End shows. The Lyric Theatre seats 1,730 while the smaller Quays Theatre can accommodate 466.
Art Galleries
The galleries here have changing exhibitions featuring the work of Lowry and contemporary artists.
Restaurants
Places to eat include the Terrace Restaurant and the Terrace Café Bar. Reservations are recommended for the Terrace Restaurant.
