Great location with friendly and polite staff who obviously tried their best. Our room was ok for the money. Two small gripes. It can be difficult to park and the breakfast times are too inflexible.

This is a lovely building full of character and right in the heart of Chester. We stayed in a room with a four poster which was ideal for a romantic weekend. If I had to find fault I would say the room was quite poorly lit.
