Nice club house but prices have risen by 70 to 80%. No full length lockers so don't take anything you want to wear that cant be rolled up. Insist on playing the Cheshire course, the Nicklaus course halfway house may be open for the toilets (no loo roll) but you wont be able to get anything to eat or drink. Very expensive golf without the service to make it worth it.

The room was large and well decorated. the leisure facilities were great too. The restaurant was a bit hit and miss though.
Ste
Carden Park also has its own vineyard, which I believe is the most northerly in the UK.

Unfortunately it rained very heavily throughout my stay, which was a bit of a shame because the golf course and grounds looked great. Pool was great though.
You really need a car though, it's quite a long way from Chester.
